John Herbert
Chairman
John Herbert has been a CEO and Director of significant organisations for over 30 years. His business leadership roles have included a diverse range of Australian and International businesses.
His CEO roles include agribusiness companies in Plant Breeding and Seed trading, Oilseed Crushing and Commodity Trading. He was CEO of the Australian Institute of Management in Queensland and Northern Territory.
His directorship experience includes terms as director of Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation (Deputy Chair), Rice Cooperative Research Centre (Chair), Cooperative Research Centre for Tropical Plant Protection (Chair), Cotton CRC (Deputy Chair) and Golden Casket Lottery Corporation as well as a number of Australian and international subsidiaries of companies where he held CEO roles.
John designed the Effective Corporate Governance course based on his knowledge and practical experience of this key issue, both as a director and CEO.

David Hanlon

David Hanlon is an international business strategy and marketing consultant. His business analysis and benchmarking activities have been undertaken for both corporate and private companies in Australia, Asia and South America. He is ranked as one of the Asian Development Bank’s leading strategic market analysts.
He has built his skills as a presenter and facilitator through extensive national and international experiences across many parts of the agribusiness supply chain. He works with a strategic mindset and builds strength in people’s abilities through challenge and support.
He designed the Supply Chain ExecutiveLink™ program which won the Logistics Association of Australia’s Training and Education Award for Oneharvest in 2003.
David is a Past President and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Agricultural Science, Past President of the Australian Association of Agricultural Consultants and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Jill Rigney
Key Staff
Jill Rigney commenced her career in business support and in this role managed national benchmarking projects in a wide range of Australia’s rural industries including sugar, winegrapes, citrus and the grazing industry.
Jill is a leader in presenting and analysis differences in communication styles for individuals and groups.
Her extreme perceptiveness has resulted in her now recognised as a national leader in group facilitation. She is able to deftly recognize and work with the needs of each individual during her training or meeting sessions.
Jill is trained to apply the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in her professional responsibilities, presenting programs and facilitating meetings across Australia. This training enables her to introduce the subtleties of our communication styles to achieve cultural shifts within individuals and organisations.

Allan Parker

Allan Parker is the Managing Director of Peak Performance Development Pty Ltd, a Sydney based consultancy company operating both in Australia and overseas, in the areas of Organisational Change Facilitation, Training and Dispute Management
Allan's areas of expertise include Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Negotiation and Dispute Management as well as Management Development. In consulting, his work has included the facilitation of Organisational Change, Strategic Planning, Corporate Restructures and Mergers with many of Australia's leading organisations.
He is the co-author of the best-selling book 'Switch on your Brain; the author of the 'Negotiators Toolkit', and is one of the co-authors of 'Beyond Yes - Negotiating and Networking.
