About the Program Success within a business cell is a function of the depth of engagement that occurs between the team members, their leaders, adjoining or support teams and, most importantly, the client. Success within a business is also a function of the degree of clarity of purpose. When this clarity of purpose is supported by leaders and managers who encourage innovation and have an ability to provide ongoing recognition, sustained momentum can be developed. This momentum is best achieved by treating the process as a marathon rather than a series of separate but disconnected sprints. In other words, not attempting to bite off too much too quickly whilst committing to follow through. Our work with businesses over the past 15 years has demonstrated to us that businesses who commit to follow through, improve their performance by up to two and half times that achieved pre-coaching. Team Culture Change Support Program The team culture program has been specifically designed to add value, not additional time to an already busy schedule experienced in today’s business world. It focuses on providing the team with an appropriate mix of skill, knowledge and teamwork principles and practices, which combine to build the “glue” that holds the team together. The program will be integrated into the regular activities of the team as part of general team re-engineering to ensure members are effective in getting the job done whilst reducing wherever possible, the stresses associated in meeting overall business performance targets.
