The Facilitative Leader Program

The Facilitative Leader Support Program is especially designed to ensure skill development is maximised and personal and organisational “ undesirable habits” are replaced with ones more desirable.

An organisation may elect to conduct the Facilitative Leader Induction Program internally or have selected persons attend our public programs.

About the Program

This “Train-the-Trainer” program has the following objectives:

• To skill Facilitative Leaders™ in the program delivery.
• To ensure the values and principles of The Right Mind® are understood and agreed to by all participants.

The program covers the advanced principles of engagement, team learning and facilitation.
For those wishing to progress their formal education, the work undertaken as part of this program can be recognised as part of an action learning management degree.


The Facilitative Leader Support Program

This program has the following objectives:

• Ensuring Facilitative Leaders maintain knowledge and are kept abreast with new ideas.
• To provide an environment in which Facilitative Leaders are supported.
• A quality “checking” program that ensures the objectives of the program are congruent with actual program delivery.

This program is conducted regularly for all Facilitative Leaders.
