Our Consulting Client of the Year

We had the privilege of working with some wonderful clients on a consulting basis during 2009 and our Client of the Year award goes to Agrichem.
Agrichem demonstrated two outstanding features as a company during our time of working with them. These were firstly a dedication to long-term staff development without the usual rush and second a clear demonstration of "doing what is right" under conditions where companies with lesser adherence to values would have taken the easy way out.
Well done Agrichem.

Outstanding Leaders in 2009
|
|  Leaders who have been part of our Conversations for Growth Program have made some outstanding progress over the two years of membership. We have made three awards: public sector, not-for-profit and private.
This year we are also making an award for our Young Indigenous Leader of the Year.
Choosing is never easy and in all cases, there was someone else very close.
Steve Holden is a Manager within the NSW Rural Fire Service and over the last two years as part of the program, Steve has shown tremendous personal growth in positivism and trust.
Tim Ferraro is CEO of the NSW Central West CMA . Tim has demonstrated outstanding growth in focus and his ability to deal with difficult issues.
Gavin Scurr is Managing Director of his family business Pinata Marketing. Gavin has demonstrated strong character traits of humility and respect and made significant improvements in corporate governance within his business.
Naressa Carlton is a young Indigenous leader within the Training and HR Department of Minerals and Metals Group Century Mine. Naressa has demonstrated outstanding commitment to communications, personal self-growth and financial planning.
Well done all of you.
